This farm is conveniently located near several key stockyards: 15 miles east of the Alabama Livestock Auction in Uniontown, 47 miles northeast of the Linden Stockyard, 60 miles west of the Montgomery Stockyard, 64 miles east of the Livingston Stockyard, and 95 miles east of the Meridian Livestock Auction in Meridian, MS. There is an Alabama Farmers Co-op located 1/2 mile north of the farm, and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System sub-station is 3 miles north. Selma is approximately 15 miles to the east, Montgomery is 60 miles east, Birmingham is 92 miles north, Tuscaloosa is 72 miles northwest, and Mobile is 155 miles south.
