Take the Garden State Parkway till the end and then take the NY thruway North (87). Take NY thruway (87) to exit 16 Harriman. 75 cent toll and proceed on Rt. 17 to exit 104 Monticello. (About 45 minutes) This puts you on 17B. Stay on it for about 20 minutes and you will come to a stop light at Fosterdale. Make a right at this stoplight (this is still 17B). In a mile or so 17B forks left-stay with it. In a few more miles, 17B makes a left-stay with it again. Go about 5 miles and you will reach Callicoon which is where 17B ends. Make a right onto Main Street and drive about two blocks. Make a left at the Bank of America (you will go over a bridge crossing the Delaware River). Continue for about 8 miles until you come to the end of the road. Make a left onto 191 South. Go about 1.1 miles and make a right onto creek road (there is an antique duck sign there). Go about 1/4 mile and turn right onto Duck Harbor road. Duck Harbor Road curves to the left, you will see an old saw mill on the left, you will also pass Schnakenberg Road on your right. Continue on Duck Harbor Road about two miles (you will pass the horse farm on your right) and the development entrance will also be on your right.
